The Sattva Summit at the Sattva Retreat in the Himalayas

This year, I am very honored, to be teaching at the Sattva Summit. I would love to invite you to this boutique conscious gathering, offering the opportunity for Yogis from across the globe to gather as a community, for a week of deep healing, expansion and reasonless joy. Each day we will gather as a community to deepen in our silence through daily group meditation and sacred vedic rituals, harmonize with the body in our yoga practice and learn about yogic lifestyle with global Sattva teachers, connect to ancient yogic wisdom and the evolutionary teachings of consciousness with world renown wisdom masters, enjoy ayurvedic treatments and jyotish astrology readings. Each evening you will take part in devotional celebrations of  live music, chanting, traditional Indian dancing and culture!

The Sattva Retreat is located in the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga and is a true healing sanctuary for the mind body and soul.
